Questions Answered

Your Questions Answered :

Q : I have a legal matter I want to discuss, what should I do ?

A : Simply pick up the phone and call us or alternatively send us an email or fill in the enquiry form on our website.  We’ll discuss the matter with you either on the phone or by return email.  Either we can simply give you advice or if you require us to represent you in a matter we will propose an action plan and give you full cost information.

Q : I need help but I’m worried about the cost ?

A : We are very sensitive to your budget and cash flow situation.  There are a number of ways in which our fee arrangements differ from other solicitors to make our fees much easier to budget for :

  • fixed fees – so you know the cost from the start
  • payment by instalments
  • in some cases if your case is not successful there will be no fee or a reduced fee
  • our costs are generally much lower than other solicitors
  • you get more chance of a successful outcome and therefore cost effectiveness

Q : I’ve had a bad experience with solicitors before ?

A : We pride ourselves on being different.  Our priorities are to fight for the best for each and every client.  We have enthusiasm and are determined to do the best we possibly can.  Unlike most solicitors you will find us very accessible - simply pick up the phone and talk to us whenever you want.  We'll keep you fully informed throughout the duration of your case and at any time you can contact us for an update.  We have an emphasis on speed, efficiency and cost effectiveness.
