Every business should have its own terms and conditions.  This document governs the relationship between you and any company you enter into an agreement with.  The terms of business should be a document that covers you and strengthens your rights if a dispute arises. 

From time to time you may be asked to sign a complex contract.  This could be anything from two to thirty pages long.  In any case where the contract is of significant value it would be worth your while to have it looked at by a solicitor.  We would carefully examine the document, advise you of its contents and any issues you should be aware of and also prepare you a written report on those matters. 

A lease is an example of a high value contract.  Whenever you are leasing new property or renewing the lease on your current premises you should take advice.
